History

Biospace Lab was founded in 1989 by G. Charpak to develop the world’s first digital autoradiography system and distribute it globally. He was awarded by the Nobel prize in 1992 for this very discovery. Since then, Biospace Lab has extended its range of autoradiography system and pioneered optical imaging for preclinical applications.

Today, our commitment to develop and industrialize disruptive technologies continues with the launch of the latest generation solutions for preclinical research.

In 2013, Biospace Lab was acquired by its historical industrial partner, Groupe Laumonier, a French family-owned company specialized in the development and manufacturing of high-tech technologies.

Located close to Paris, France, our expertise lies in developing and commercializing scientific and disruptive technologies for the global scientific community. The company has a proven and certified manufacturing capability (ISO9001) & is recognized for its excellent customer service.
